Homeless Man Arrested for Trespassing into Rancho Cucamonga Home
A homeless man has been arrested for walking into a couple’s home without permission in Rancho Cucamonga.

A woman was waiting for a package to be delivered to her home, located in the 8400 block of Bullhead Court, on August 6, 2020.  After she heard a knock on the front door, she unlocked it but left it closed while she retrieved her wallet from her bedroom.  Upon her return, she was surprised to find a homeless man standing in her hallway.

According to the release, “The victim ordered the man out of her home and he asked the victim if she wanted to hang out.”

The woman called her husband, at whose command the man exited the home.

The couple reported the incident to Rancho Cucamonga police at about 11:15 AM.  Deputies located the suspect, identified as 32-year-old Steven Neisner, near Baxter Springs Drive and Claremore Place, where they arrested him.

“Upon further investigation, deputies learned Neisner had recently been released from jail for public intoxication and was walking to an unknown location,” according to the release.

Neisner was booked at West Valley Detention Center but was later cite-released.
