Woman arrested after illegal gambling operation discovered in office space

A Modesto woman has been arrested after an alleged illegal gambling operation was discovered at a local office space.

Police received a tip last week regarding suspicious activity at office space #203 on the second floor of a building on Scenic Drive.

After securing a search warrant, officers entered the business on Thursday, July 9, and discovered five pay-to-play arcade style games.

Two women were also present when they arrived. One was questioned and released while the other, 61-year-old Kimberly Flammini, was arrested and charged with owning and operating a gambling machine and possession of methamphetamine.

She has since been booked at the Stanislaus County Jail.
