Man arrested with heroin, meth, paraphernalia, cash

The Lincoln Police Department arrested a man carrying various drugs and cash –

“At about 9:30 PM on July 5th, Lincoln Police Officers observed 28-year-old Jacob Schneider of Lincoln in a parking lot in the 100 block of Gateway Drive.

Following a probation search he was arrested for possession of about 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine, .8 gram of heroin, a meth pipe, 70+ small zip-lock bags, and a portable scale.

Given the quantity of meth, the baggies and the scale he was arrested for methamphetamine for sales.

He was also arrested for possession of heroin, possession drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation. He was booked at the South Placer Jail were his bail was set at $120,000.”
