Homicide investigation under way in Stockton

The Stockton Police Department announced on their official Facebook page an investigation into a recent homicide on its streets –

“On May 25, 2020, at 2:15 am, a 29-year-old man got into an argument with the suspect in the 2400 block of Burlington Place. The suspect then shot the man. The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was described as a black male adult.

Today, May 30th, hospital staff advised us the man unfortunately died from his injuries. Homicide detectives were called in for the investigation.
