“On Friday evening, deputies observed a vehicle with an obstructed windshield pull into the parking lot of Auto Zone. When deputies approached the vehicle, the driver, 27-year-old Dillan Rivera of Sonora, was attempting to smoke a marijuana pipe.

Dillan, who was on CDC Parole, and his passenger, 22-year-old Emily Kluth of Twain Harte, were told to exit the vehicle. Emily admitted to having various prescription pills without a prescription and Dillan was found to be in possession of heroin.

Dillan was arrested and transported to the County Jail for his felony parole violation and possession of a controlled substance. Kluth was issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant.

Once at the County Jail, a search of Dillan was conducted. He had a small amount of methamphetamine hidden in his sock. Additionally, it was discovered Dillan was hiding over 11 grams of heroin in his rectum. With the additional contraband discovered, Dillan was booked for transporting and possessing narcotics for sale, bringing a controlled substance into and possessing a controlled substance in a jail facility, and violation of parole.”
