“Napa County Sheriff’s Detectives are working in partnership with the community, federal, and local law enforcement to curtail theft during the Covid-19 pandemic.

David Russell and Deeana Richburg were captured on surveillance video using a credit card that was stolen in Napa County.
Detectives conducted a probation search at a local residence and found dozens of stolen credit cards and drivers licenses along with 2 guns, laptops, tools and a purse.
Russell and Richburg have been arrested.”
