Man ‘shelters in place’ at grow site

The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office announces the discovery of a marijuana grow site, as well as other items onsite, and an arrest –

“With the Shelter in Place directive in effect, EDSO wants you to know we are still working and investigating crimes in El Dorado County.

On Friday, EDSO Narcotics detectives served a search warrant on a property in Kelsey. On the property, they found 667 marijuana plants, a closed loop BHO (Butane Honey Oil) lab, about 28 pounds of processed BHO and 4 firearms.

Christian Carter was arrested for the above as well as a felony warrant out of Kansas for shipping and manufacturing controlled substances.”
