“This morning at 1:33 A.M., Visalia Police Department patrol officers were in the area of the Visalia Industrial Park conducting security checks when they conducted an enforcement stop in the area of Goshen Avenue and Miller Park.

Antonio Ceballos (28) of Lindsay, was found to be an unlicensed driver and on active probation. During the investigation, officers located methamphetamine and a loaded handgun. Ceballos is a convicted felon and is prohibited from owning or possession firearms.

Ceballos was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility for numerous charges related to narcotics and firearms.”
