Man Arrested for Exposing Himself to Children in Rancho Cucamonga

A 32-year-old man was arrested in Rancho Cucamonga for exposing himself to two children under 10 years old.

Shortly before 2:30 PM on February 20, 2020, Rancho Cucamonga police were alerted to a Hispanic man exposing himself to female residents in the area of Fairmont Way and Victoria Park Lane.

When they arrived, they found the suspect who matched the description given by the victims. He was identified as 32-year-old Brian Mendez of San Jacinto. “During the investigation, deputies determined Mendez had exposed himself to two juveniles under the age of ten,” according to the release. The suspect was additionally identified as an unregistered sex offender out of both Florida and New York.

Mendez was arrested and charged with child annoying and indecent exposure. He is being held at West Valley Detention Center.
