Police have arrested a man after following up on a report of a burglary-in-progress at a San Mateo apartment complex.

Officers responded to the apartment complex on North El Camino Road just before 11 AM on Monday, February 10, where a 9-1-1 caller had reportedly seen a man climbing into an enclosed patio and entering the apartment.

Police intercepted the suspect — identified as 24-year-old Ryan Tuli — as he left through the front door with a bunch of electronics in his hands.

He has since been booked at the San Mateo County Jail.
