The search continues for perpetrators of a home invasion robbery that occurred last fall, leading to the recent apprehension of another suspect.

The aforementioned robbery took place at a home in the 6700 block of Di Carlo Place at nearly 9 PM on October 3, 2019, in which several armed men detained residents of the home and fled after stealing many of their valuable possessions. The first suspect, 28-year-old Jeffery Taylor-Thompson of Highland, was arrested in Nevada on October 21st.

The second suspect, 24-year-old Terrence Tucker of San Bernardino, was located at a San Bernardino courthouse on January 27, 2020. Tucker was scheduled to face charges for an unrelated case, according to a records check.

“…detectives from the Rancho Cucamonga Station arrived at the courthouse and spotted Tucker waiting to clear the security check and enter the building,” the release stated. “As Tucker made his way through, he was confronted by the detectives and detained.”

Detectives interviewed Tucker back at the Rancho Cucamonga Police Station and subsequently arrested him on a home invasion robbery charge. “Tucker was booked at the West Valley Detention Center for the charge along with multiple warrants from three other agencies.”
