A man dealt drugs in Salinas and caught the attention of the Murrieta Police Department

“Early this morning, the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team and Investigations Division along with the assistance of the SWAT Team served a search warrant in the 400 blk of Old Natividad Road on the outskirts of Salinas.

Magana’s drugs, guns, cash

The Marijuana Enforcement Team has been investigating 31-year-old Andrew Magana from San Jose. During the investigation it was discovered Magana was distributing methamphetamine in the Salinas area. Investigators located nearly one pound of methamphetamine, cash and firearms. Magana was arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail on several narcotics, firearms related charges.
