“On 1-25-20, members of VSTF/Patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for CVC violations. The driver Hector Alvarado (36) was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
Alvarado was removed from the vehicle and he admitted to a firearm that was inside of the vehicle. A Glock 19 handgun, three loaded magazines and marijuana for sales were located inside of the vehicle.”
