“On 01/10/20, at approximately 1842 hours, Officers responded to a family disturbance located off of Spring St.
Officers determined through their investigation a male pointed a firearm towards another male during the altercation. The suspect was identified as Corey Akers, 29, of Galt.
K9 Kane conducted an article search and located the outstanding firearm.
Akers was placed under arrest for 245(a)(2) PC – Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He was transported and booked at Sacramento County Main Jail without incident.”
