K9 Blaze assists partner in meth arrests

The last weekend of December saw K9 Blaze and his partner Officer Corry participate in two different incidents involving methamphetamine arrests.

In the first incident, 44-year-old Steven Morrison and 24-year-old Danielle Derose were “contacted during a traffic stop.”

Morrison already had 13 warrants out for his arrest and had paraphernalia in his possession at the time of the traffic stop.  Derose had 4 warrants and currently possessed meth and drug paraphernalia.

Their vehicle also contained mail that had been stolen earlier that day.

In the second incident, 35-year-old Brandon Garry was also contacted by officers. Garry also had drugs and paraphernalia in his possession..

All three individuals were booked into the Tehema County Jail.
