The El Centro Police Department is making the holidays brighter for sick kids

The El Centro Police Department reaches out with this press release –

“El Centro Community, Family, and Friends,

Every year there are sick and injured kids who have to spend their holidays in the hospital. We want them to know that they are not alone, so we have worked with Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and created a Light the Way fundraising page in an effort to support Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego.

You may not know this, but Rady Children’s is a non-profit organization that relies on support from the community to provide world-class care for nearly 250,000 patients each year. Our No-Shave November fund raiser has raised over $1,000.00 just from our employees (they really must not want to shave), to be donated for Children’s Pediatric Cancer research.

As promised we have worked with Rady Children’s to create a way for our community to participate and share in honor of being proud supporters. Please continue to show your support and if possible make a donation to help us reach our goal. Every dollar helps.
You can make your donation online by visiting the fundraising page.

Together we can light the way to a brighter holiday for the kids.”
