Woman arrested on suspicion of domestic violence against husband

A Fort Bragg woman has been arrested following an allegation of domestic violence involving her husband earlier this month.

Just before 11:30 PM on Thursday, October 17, Mendocino County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived at a residence on the 20000 block of Hansen Road, where they met with a husband and wife who’d reportedly gotten into an altercation.

The husband, 45, had a visible injury to his head wit minor bleeding, allegedly the result of a verbal argument with his wife, 39-year-old Angela Lina, that eventually turned physical. Lina is accused of striking him multiple times about the face and body.

She was taken into custody on suspicion of domestic violence battery and booked at the Mendocino County Jail on $25,000 bond.
