ROSEVILLE — Police have announced that a man is in custody after he claimed to have committed multiple murders at his home in Roseville.

Just after 12 PM on Monday, October 14, Roseville PD received a call from police in Mt. Shasta saying they’d detained 53-year-old Shankar Hangud, who had reportedly confessed to killing multiple people at his Roseville apartment. One of the victims was reportedly in his vehicle outside the Mt. Shasta police station.
