Colusa traffic stop nets one arrest on drug and weapon charges

COLUSA — Police have arrested one and cited another following a traffic stop in the wee hours of Tuesday morning, September 24.

Around 2 AM, an officer stopped Erin Brock in the area of 5th and Market Streets and found that she’d been driving on a suspended license. Brock was then cited for several vehicle code violations.

Her passenger, Michael Anderson, was found to be in possession of a handgun and methamphetamine.

He was ultimately taken into custody for various drug and weapons charges, including possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
