Lake Elsinore man arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud at Launche Point resort

LAKE ELSINORE — A Lake Elsinore man was arrested last weekend after a suspected incident of credit card fraud at Launche Point recreational resort.

On Saturday, August 17, an officer arrived at the resort, located on the 3200 block of Riverside Drive, after receiving word that a man had fraudulently used someone else’s credit card information.

The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Ricardo Campos, was also found to be in possession of a credit card making machine.

He was arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center on felony charges of identity theft, theft by credit card, possession of a credit card making machine, and possession of methamphetamine.
