NAPA COUNTY  – On Friday July 12th nearly $1,000 in shoes were stolen from the Marshall’s Department Store in American Canyon.

The suspects had a vehicle waiting nearby, and entered that vehicle to flee. An employee of the store was struck by the vehicle as it fled the scene.

The American Canyon Police Department were on scene soon enough to attempt to stop the vehicle. Instead, the suspects continued to flee and a pursuit began.

The driver of the fleeing vehicle struck several bystander’s vehicles. The chase eventually ended, appropriately, “in a dead end court in Vallejo.”

The American Canyon Police Department reports that “all suspects were apprehended”, although their identities have not been released at this time.
