RISING STAR, INDIANA – On February 27th, NFL player Pacman Jones was arrested at the Rising Star Casino and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and intimidation.

The incident occurred around 3:00 am when officials were called to “investigate Jones for possible cheating at a table game,”. The situation escalated from there, as Jones responded to casino officials and arriving police. It is alleged that he added chips to a bet once he knew the outcome of a game.

Jones vomited a torrid flow of obscenities and hateful comments during the incident, all caught on video.

This most recent incident of Jones’ closely resembles a similar incident in 2015.

In fact, Jones has been arrested in 2005, 2006, 2011 (disorderly conduct, resisting arrest), and 2013 (struck a woman in a nightclub but then found not guilty).

He was also arrested in 2015 as he was walked out of the Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. As in this most recent incident, Jones escalated with a casino employee, security and the police as they escorted him out. No charges came from the 2015 incident.

Lastly, in 2017 Jones was arrested at a Hyatt hotel and spit on a jail staffer. He is caught on camera saying to a police officer, among other things, “I hope you die.”

Jones missed the entire 2007 and part of the 2008 NFL season due to a suspension based on his behavior off the field.
