ARBUCKLE – The Colusa County Task Force conducted a drug related search at a residence in the 400 block of California Avenue in Arbuckle on October 16th.

During the search, agents seized 66 grams of meth and 3 pounds of marijuana. They also seized 4 firearms.

A grow site that agents discovered on site was in compliance with state regulations. However, “it failed to abide by the Colusa County Ordinance related to outdoor marijuana cultivation.”

Authorities released the names of three people and their charges –

  • 43-year-old Marcus Frank Guaydacan – drug sales, child endangerment, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, felon in possession of a firearm;
  • 27-year-old Ashley Nicole Robinson – child endangerment;
  • 40-year-old Kristy Renee Kirkland – probation violation, possession of paraphernalia.

The Colusa County Sheriff’s Office reports that through joint investigations between their Detectives Unit and the Task Force, eight people have been arrested in the last five day in the Arbuckle area.
