Drug Related Search Warrant Yields Three Arrests

ARBUCKLE – The Colusa County Task force served a drug related search warrant on October 16 at 7:00 a.m.

In the first place, agents arrived at a residence in the 400 block of California Avenue and arrested three people.

43-year-old Marcus Frank Guaydacan’s charges are for –

  •  drug sales;
  • felon in possession of a firearm;
  • child endangerment;
  • and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

27-year-old Ashley Nicole Robinson, 27 now has a child endangerment charge.

40-year-old Kristy Renee Kirkland, 40  had a probation violation and possessed of drug paraphernalia, which earned her an arrest.

The Task Force seized 66.3 grams of meth, 3 pounds of marijuana and 4 firearms. They also found “other items indicative of narcotic sales.” They also found a marijuana grow on the property.

The Sun-Herald reports that agents found a young child  on the property. They turned the child over to Child Protective Services “for further investigation for drug exposure.

Law enforcement announces that they have made eight arrests in the last five days in Arbuckle.
