LOS BANOS – 39-year-old graffitist Leo Cesar Perez met his law enforcement match on September 14.  It was early in the morning, around 8:00 a.m. when the San Jose resident did his “work.”

Responding officers arrived at a business in the 1300 block of W. Pacheo Boulevard.  Sure enough, a wall of the business sported Perez’s painting.

A LBPD officer saw the suspect leave in a gray Chrysler 300 sedan. Furthermore, he stopped the vehicle in the 1400 block of E. Pacheo Boulevard.

The subsequent vehicle stop showed that Perez had 3 cans of spray paint and dried paint on his finger tips.

In addition, Perez admitted to the $500 worth of vandalism damage.

His bail is $5,000.
