LINCOLN – On August 2 two people stole Ulta products at the store on Ferrari Ranch Road. The crime occurred at 6:15 p.m.

The duo took $1,000 worth of Ulta products, put it in a shopping bag and proceeded out.  They did not pay for the items and evidently were not going to do so.

A store employee stood near the exit, so the suspects pepper sprayed them on their way out.

Responding LPD officers did not locate the suspects.

However, about an hour later they received a call from the Roseville PD about another robbery. In that incident, they had detained the suspects.

Witnesses positively identified both of the suspects as those who robbed the Lincoln store also.

The thieves are 20-year-old Troy Turnage of West Sacramento and 19-year-old Misty Wilson of Sacramento. Their charges are robbery, burglary, and conspiracy. Their bail is $260,000.
