STOCKTON – On July 16 a call came in concerning a possible DUI on 99 south. The 4:40 p.m. call brought officers out to near Woodbridge Road.

Next came the enforcement stop of the offending driver. The officers “observed obvious signs of intoxication.”  They also saw a gun on the driver’s door.

The loaded .40 Ruger had recently been stolen from Shasta County.

Investigators continued searching the vehicle and found 14 pounds of processed marijuana and 18 grams of meth. Finally, they found a  “large amount of US currency and  a gold bar.”

Ou Saechao is now arrested, charged with “numerous felony charges.” Oh, and also DUI.
