Repeat Offenders Arrested on New Burglary and Drug Charges

CORTE MADERA — Police arrested two repeat offenders for a fourth time last week. The Central Marin Police Authority arrested both men following two separate incidents at local businesses.

In both instances, police received reports of a man jumping over a fence outside a closed business. They both occurred on the 5000 block of Paradise Drive in Corte Madera.

Officers arrested the first suspect, Casey J. Moore, 27 of Oakland, on July 19 at 7:36 p.m. They apprehended Moore outside an office building located at 45 San Clement Drive in Corte Madera.

Moore faces charges for trespassing, possession of burglary tools, vandalism, possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and the manufacture of a controlled substance. In addition, he faces an outstanding warrant for vehicle theft.

Moore remains in custody at Marin County Jail, which is where authorities discovered that he carried concealed drugs.

The second suspect, Nikolas J. Sandevski, 33 of Berkeley, was arrested July 20 at 1:46 a.m. Marin County Sheriff’s Office deputies and the Novato Police Department’s K-9 unit assisted in locating Sandevski, outside 5750 Paradise Drive in Corte Madera.

Sandevski also remains in custody in county jail. His charges are trespassing, vandalism burglary, possession of chemical with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and the manufacture of a controlled substance.

In addition, Sandevski faces two theft charges from an outstanding warrant.
