RAILROAD FLAT – It was “previously registered as a commercial medical cannabis cultivation site.” However, the growing continued at the site in the 2000 block of Mason Road.

With a search warrant in hand, deputies entered the residence and discovered 1,309 marijuana plants. They also found 171 pounds of processed marijuana.
24-year-old Steve Koba’s charges are –
- illegal cannabis cultivation;
- possession for salf of cannabis;
- operate a place for unlawfully selling substances.
In addition, officers cited 58-year-old San Antonio resident Timothy Koba for illegal cannabis cultivation.
Finally, 19-year-old Markus Schoellen also has the same charge as the elder Koba.
