SAN ANDREAS – A deputy recognized vandalism suspect Andy Xiong on May 11 at 3 pm. and promptly arrested him on St Charles Street. Xiong had a felony vandalism charge pending.
While Xiong waits in jail with a $20,00 bail, here is the reason he is jail.
On May 8 around 9 pm, Xiong threw a rock through the window at the Wells Fargo Bank. An observant citizen saw the incident occur and phoned it in.
Xiong entered the bank, walked around and then left without taking anything from the bank. Although he lately hails from Willows, the suspect has been spending time recently in San Andreas.
