SACRAMENTO – The SCSD arrested 72-year-old Joseph James DeAngelo at his Citrus Heights home where he has lived for at least 20 years and booked him on two counts of murder.

The 1976-1986 California saga resulted in 12 homicides, 45 rapes and 120 home invasions.
