Indecent Exposure in Milpitas Public Library

MILPITAS – The Milpitas Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a male suspect who was exposing himself in a public library. According to Milpitas Lieutenant Raj Maharaj, “On April 13, 2018, at approximately 4:10 PM, a guest at the Milpitas Community Library, located at 160 North Main Street, called the Milpitas Police Department to report an indecent exposure incident.”
A library patron noticed the suspect, who was standing between two bookshelves in the International Language section and propped himself in order to expose himself through the shelving. Once the suspect realized that someone had noticed him and had the intention of calling the police, the male suspect left the library.
The unknown male suspect is described as being in his 40’s, weighing approximately 170 pounds, standing 5’-10” tall with a bald spot in the back of his head. During the incident, the suspect was seen wearing a dark colored button up shirt, dark-colored vest, blue jeans, glasses, and dark colored shoes.
