SOLANO – Although the vehicle had a 2018 registration tab, a MCSO deputy ran the plates of a passing vehicle around 1:00 AM last Sunday morning.
It turns out that the registration had expired. 48-year-old Fairfield resident Michael Knight was then subject to a probation search.
A subsequent search of the vehicle produced a pound of methamphetamine and $800 in cash.
The SCSO reports that Knight was arrested on “numerous charges.”
