Lodi man arrested on drug charges; 2 others on warrants

LODI // A 54-year-old man and two others have been arrested on drug charges.
On March 7th, Special Investigation Detectives contacted 54-year-old Richard Twitty and served a search warrant at his home, during which they discovered over an ounce of meth, two handguns, and $3,000 in cash.
Two others — 36-year-old Jedediah Jones of Lodi and 54-year-old Lisa Twitty of Galt — were also arrested on unrelated warrants.
Richard Twitty is now in custody at the San Joaquin County Jail on drug and weapons charges.
