VALLEY SPRINGS // The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office has seized two indoor marijuana grows after two search warrants were served on December 29th, 2017.

The Sheriff’s Department’s Marijuana Enforcement Team served the warrants at two houses on Greer Way, both of which had previously been identified as unregistered and illegal cultivation sites. The two locations are suspected to be connected to one another.

A total of 696 marijuana plants and over 10 pounds of processed marijuana were seized at one house, with another 47 pounds of processed marijuana seized at the other.

No subjects were found at either location and the investigation is ongoing.
