Search warrant leads to multiple drug charges in Railroad Flats

RAILROAD FLAT // A 61-year-old man is in custody on multiple drug charges after Calaveras County Sheriff’s Investigators arrived at his home with a search warrant.

On January 4th, investigators served the warrant at a mobile home on the 1400 block of Railroad Flat Road, where they seized methamphetamine as well as paraphernalia indicative of sales. Several thousand dollars in cash were also seized.

61-year-old Michael Miller of Railroad Flat, the sole occupant of the home, was taken into custody on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, and “operating a drug house.” He is also charged with possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and “illegal possession of doctor-prescribed controlled substance.”
