WASCO – After an investigation lasting several months, KCSD deputies obtained a search warrant and on December 22nd used it to enter a home in the 2200 block of 2nd Street.
Once inside, they discovered 2 pounds of methamphetamine and $16,000 in cash. The meth has a street value of $90,000.
30-year-old Luis Magallanes and his 24-year-old wife Ashley Toscano were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale, maintaining a residence for drug sales and child endangerment.
