MORRO BAY – Last Sunday night the MBPD was called to a residence in the 2000 block of Ironwood Avenue on a “burglary in progress” call.
Someone had witnessed a man climbing into the window at the location and made the call to authorities. As officers searched the home, they eventually discovered two people hiding in a closet – 18-year-old Judal Emmanuel Thompson and a 14-year-old female juvenile.
Officers discovered items that linked the duo to the burglary, including $200 in cash.
Thompson was booked on two counts of first degree burglary and the juvenile wad booked at the Juvenile Services Center, also on two counts of first degree burglary.
