Six arrested after execution of search warrants in Colusa, Sutter Counties

COLUSA COUNTY // The county Task Force, in coordination with several law enforcement agencies, executed eight search warrants in both Colusa and Sutter counties, which netted six arrests.

Arrested were: Adan Ayala Jr. (44), Eurik Manual Rivas (26), Cathy Irene Mendoza (38), and Felicia Moore (30), all of Yuba City, as well as Andy Garcia (20) and Joseph Ethan Ayala (26), both of Colusa.

As searches went underway, officials seized over 10 pounds of marijuana, prescription medication, ammo, three guns, and several electronic devices.

Ayala Jr., Ayala, Rivas, and Mendoza stand accused of “human trafficking, pimping, pandering, conspiracy, and criminal street gang activity.”

Garcia is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Moore was arrested for “resisting or obstructing a police officer.”

The arrests were the result of a collaboration between the Colusa County DA’s Office, Colusa County Probation Department, Colusa PD, Williams PD, Glenn County Task Force, Marysville PD, NET-5, Sutter County DA’s Office, and Yuba City PD.
