Roommate Dispute Results in Shooting Death

TUSTIN — The TPD received a call around 7:30 on Monday morning from the 14500 block of Carfax Avenue concerning a “roommate dispute.” When officers arrived they found a adult male who had been shot and wounded.

The victim died in spite of efforts to assist him.

The suspected shooter had left the scene of the crime on foot.

Other agencies assisted the TPD to identify and then locate the shooter, 45-year-old Raul Delagarza, in the driveway of a house in Anaheim.

Delagarza was booked into Orange County Jail on suspicion of murder.
