Probation Search Yields Drug Arrests

MURRIETA — The MPD conducted a probation search on Monday night on an individual at a house in the 24300 block of Jackson Avenue and ended up making two arrests.

26-year-old Zachary Flanagan was at the residence, along with 21-year-old Andrea Quinn.  Once there on site, officers discovered “a significant amount” of meth, heroin, and prescription pills.

The pair were arrested for narcotics-related charges and taken to the Southwest Detention Center.

Flanagan was charged with possession of narcotics for sale, maintaining a place for drug sales, possessing controlled substances for sale, conspiracy to commit a crime, and violation of probation.

Quinn was charged with possession of narcotics for sale, maintaining a place for drug sales, possessing designated controlled substances for sale and conspiracy to commit a crime.
