Samuel Rowles and Elideth Rodriguez

MOUNTAIN VIEW —  Two suspects were arrested who were wanted on felony warrants for selling drugs.

According to MVPD, “Samuel Rowles, 39, and Elideth Rodriguez, 33, were arrested after Mountain View detectives went to their home on the 700 block of Hope Street following an investigation that led them to believe the home was a serious safety risk.”

During a search of the home, police discovered a hand gun, and multiple rounds of ammunition with different caliber sizes.  But most shocking was the discovery of a pried-open ATM.  The couple was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia used to smoke the drug.

Rowles and Rodriguez were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on charges of felons being in possession of a firearm and ammunition, maintaining a drug house, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The arrest of the suspects was on April 4, 2017. Mountain View Detectives are still actively investigating the involvement in drug sales at the home.  There were different individuals thought to frequent the home, causing concern for the neighboring community which drew the attention of investigators.
