Trafficking Sting Leads to Several Arrests in El Dorado County

EL DORADO COUNTY — On March 3, County Sheriff’s Deputies carried out an undercover operation intended to target prostitution and human trafficking in Placerville with assistance from the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office and Victim Witness Advocates.

Investigators researched escort ads on dating websites and established communication with the escorts via phone. Dates were arranged at a local hotel and 6 female escorts showed up.

Three were arrested and booked into jail, two were cited with promise to appear, and one was released to victim services.

One man was also arrested and booked for human trafficking and pimping/pandering, and another was booked for two outstanding felony warrants.

Arrested were:

  • Isaiah Campbell (43) of Sacramento
  • Steven Raymer (43) of Stockton
  • Savana Howard (25) of Rio Linda
  • Tamera Foster (38) of North Highlands
  • Breona Johnson (24) of Sacramento

Cited and released were:

  • Brianna Easley (27) of San Pablo
  • Kathryn Lacayo (29) of Sacramento
