Inside view of dispensary (SBSD)
BLOOMINGTON – Just west of San Bernardino, the community of Bloomington was the scene of the shutdown of an illegal marijuana dispensary.
27-year-old Zachary Taylor Powers was arrested at the store at 17921 Valley Boulevard, which operated under the name of the “Grasshoppers Healing Group.”
Powers and another individual were identified as the owners/operators of the store. At this time only Powers has been arrested, although the SBSD says that the other person may face the same charges.
No licenses or permits were issued by the county for the dispensary and they were not in compliance with California’s medical marijuana laws as well as local ordinances.
