FULLERTON – It began as a traffic stop on Monday night near Euclid and the 91 freeway. The driver had an open container of alcohol easily visible.

They then further searched the vehicle and discovered a kilo of black tar heroin. The drug was not easily visible, but hidden under the driver’s seat.
The street value of the heroin lists around $80,000. Police also found scales and packaging materials.
Sergio Barrajas Gutierrez was arrested for possession of meth and heroin for sale.
