Scene of burglar’s arrest
YORBA LINDA — A call of a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood of the 5200 block of Sunset Lane led police to respond and, upon responding, notice two men running from a residence.
After establishing a perimeter, deputies quickly apprehended two suspects, and shortly thereafter got the others as well. Duke, the OCSD’s aero unit, K-9s, and the Placentia police department, as well as the OC Transportation Authority, all assisted in the pursuit and apprehension.
All four suspects were caught in the area of Mountain View and Grandview Avenues. They are 22-year-old Edward Carter, 23-year-old Semaj Jackson, 23-year-old Patrick Pollard and 20-year-old Audesi Butler, all from the L.A. area.
They were charged with burglary, resisting arrest, conspiracy, and possession of stolen property. The jewelry and collector coins that were recovered were returned to the victim.
