FRESNO – On Monday at 4:00 AM, a Fresno County sheriff conducted a traffic violation stop on a vehicle at Fresno Street and Olive Avenue.

The 18-year-old driver, Seandell Davis, was driving with powder and rock cocaine, as well as a loaded 9mm handgun. The gun had been reported as stolen.
Davis is already a convicted felon and gang member. His bail was set at $225,000.
The FCSO announces that Davis could face enhancements to his charges, due to his criminal history.
