Darren Dockter
In the beginning of November of 2016, there had been multiple reports of a man masturbating while driving his car in downtown Davis. According to the report, in some instances, the man would pull up to female victims on the side, and masturbate in front of them.
The suspect was described as a 6’2″, 155 pound white male with brown hair, green eyes, and sometimes had an unshaven face. The vehicle was described as a 2003 light grey Chrysler Voyager Van.
The vehicle Dockter was driving during the incidnets.
On January 2nd, Davis police found leads to the suspect and were able to locate him.
The suspect was identified as 24-year-old Darren Dockter. He was booked into the Yolo county jail.
During the investigation, authorities learned that there were roughly 15 to 20 incidents that occurred over the last two months.
Police also believe that there may be additional victims, who did not report the indecent exposure.
