PALO ALTO — According to the PAPD, “On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at about 12:07 p.m., our 24-hour dispatch center received a call of an indecent exposure that had occurred at about 11:20 a.m. in the 2400 block of Louis Road.”

It was during this time that a young woman who was identified as being in her twenties was walking her dog along Luis road near Oregon expressway when a man in a dark-colored car drove up behind her and slowed down.

As she walked past, the suspect he began to try and drive ahead of the young woman in an attempt to draw her attention.  The male suspect drove ahead, this time asking the victim if she could help him get to the freeway entrance.

As the young woman looked towards the man, she could clearly see that he was trying to expose himself to her. She then began to quickly walk away from the suspect. When the suspect began to drive away, the victim was able to take a photo of the suspect’s car with her cell phone.

A sketch artist also was able to draw a head shot of what the suspect looks like based on her description.

According to the PAPD, “The victim described the suspect as a light-skinned black or biracial male in his late twenties to mid-thirties.”  The male suspect was wearing a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt with a dark beanie on his head.  He was also described as having a goatee.  He was seen wearing white in-ear headphones, and was thought to have a slim build.

According to the PAPD, “He was driving an older maroon-colored four-door Mazda sedan with a spoiler.” A sketch of the suspect and a photo of the car has been released to the media by the police.
