SBSD Discovers and Stops a Marijuana Grow

MONTCLAIR – Evidently some unknown investigative work preceded the serving of a search warrant on 5514 W. Mission Boulevard in Montclair.

Once inside, authorities discovered an indoor marijuana cultivation site, as well as several pounds of processed marijuana, concentrated cannabis, marijuana edibles, and cash.

In addition, they found several building code violations.

The trio arrested were identified as 31-year-old Michael Allen Comstock of Canyon Lake, 56-year-old Jeffrey Ernest Larosa of Garden Grove and 22-year-old Jonathan Dunlap of Riverside.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff Department has put out a word that they have “an ordinance  prohibiting commercial cannabis activity,” and that they will “continue to enforce California’s medical marijuana laws as well as the SB County ordinance regarding commercial cannabis activity.”
